...The exchange of letters between young Jews in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles and their peers in Hattiesburg (Mississippi), Williamson (West Virginia) or Boise (Idaho) would enrich both the youngsters and the communities of which they are a part, and provide an opportunity to share the frustrations-and joys-of being a Jew in America today...
