...Administrators of pension funds are supposed to follow one guideline and one guideline only—to choose the combination of high-return and low-risk investment that will maximize the assets available to the members who will count on the fund to pay for their retirement...
...This case may remain one of the so-called Whitewater mysteries, but it underscores the distance we have come from a land deal in the Ozarks...
