Here are some truths about Nguyen Ngoc Huy that Young either doesn't know or would prefer to forget: First, in April 1975, Nguyen Ngoc Huy ordered all his followers in the Cap Tien Party to continue the fight against the Communists--even though he was soon to leave Vietnam for America and thus abandon thousands of the party faithful who had naively trusted him...
