...Whatever we may think of the old line stalwarts we must give them credit for fighting under their own banners—not so the "sane progressives...
...To this aggregation of big interests may be added the corrupt press of the state...
...The voters will have difficulty in following the tracks of the "committee of seven" in its sinuous windings in and out of the morasses of dirty politics...
